The fabric is made of 26s long-staple cotton plain weave with a weight of 180g. The finished fabric is passed through a mercerizing machine to increase the surface gloss and the texture is smooth to the touch. The front pocket embroidered patch is cut from a rough pattern. Later, laser burning is used to precisely cut the size, and the letters on the surface are embroidered with tube-dyed mercerized cotton thread and a Tajima embroidery machine imported from Japan.
